No. QR-Collect is a zero-fixed-cost solution — no engagement and no subscription fee.
Yes. Although QR-Collect is a zero-fixed-cost solution, we have to charge the card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) processing fees: 2.9% + €0.29 for accounts in the EU/UK and 3.9% + €0.29 for other countries, per transaction. These fees are set by our payment processor, Stripe.
Yes. QR-Collect lets you charge the card processing fees to your customer. It is your choice to enable this option or not.
The default maximum transaction amount is €500 (or the equivalent in other currencies). For a Business account, this amount can be customized if needed.

Using our payment solution is as safe as a secured bank transfer to your account. Card transactions use the latest 3DS 2.0 technology, the safest technology on the web.
You receive an instant email notifying you of each payment. By default, the collected money is transferred to your bank account approximately seven working days later.
No. QR-Collect requires no application. To obtain your QR code you only need to create an account on qr-collect.com. Your customers do not need any mobile app.
You can collect in one of 8 available currencies: EUR, GBP, USD, SGD, PLN, RON, CZK or BGN.
